Fully Cooked, Water Added up to 10% To Cook from a thawed state, cover or enclose ham with aluminum foil to retain moistness. Cook in oven at 350F until internal temperature of ham reaches 160F. Check this temperature with a meat thermometer inserted into the center of the thickest part of the ham. Cook time will range depending on the type of oven used, but generally will take 12-15 minutes per pound. A 14# whole ham may take around 3.5hours to reach 160F internal temperature.
